Franco's Journey

One day while working at St. Regis in Aspen, a retired couple came from New York. They asked me to prepare them a kosher meal. I knew that I did not have a meal like this for them; however, when I approached the table and engaged with them, they were very understanding. We managed to come up with another solution. The next day for breakfast, I followed up with them and they were the sweetest couple I have encountered in my career. They had a great time in the hotel and I was happy to help and to conquer that.

In the Spotlight

How did a Collins College Degree help you in your career?

What do you love about working in Hospitality?

How would you convince someone that the field of hospitality management is for them?

Share a fun fact about yourself.

It helped me look at the hospitality industry from different angles. It helped me build a sense of professionalism from day one.

I am able to travel around and connect with people and provide amazing experiences.

I won't convince anyone to do that because hospitality is "a call" either you have it or you don't. I hire people for their optimism and attitude. I can teach everything else.

I love camping!
